Winter Fun Brrrrr

Everyone thinks, that ME, coming from freezing Europe, being used to snow and walking and all, should be outside all the time. Honestly, that's true!! I grew up with snow and cold around, but also, I have been here, in the US for more than 11 years, and that is, my friends, how I got so spoiled! I don't drive my car to my mailbox just yet, but I am very close! :) However, this one snowy day, out of a blue, I decided to join my boys and their best buddy Dicky on their sledding adventure. I really forgot how much fun this can be... but to be honest, the real reason why I went sledding was, because I didn't have any winter photos of them :) and besides that we were soaked, the photos and the sledding turned out to be so much fun!

... this is how the Pro's ride ...

Yep! Up the hill Momma!!!
... yes... that's me the snowball underneath Jesse :)
... and hooooraaayyy down the hill!!!!!

IT WAS FUN!!! Thanks Dicky for taking the boys! :) I do need to be pushed into the physical activities a little :) I admit ;)

BIKE RIDING IN THE FREEZING COLD

You know.... one of those Mommy things.... is... you can't say NO to your kids? Well, I definitely am one of those mom. The boys bothered me for weeks, so we bundled up and headed out to a nearby Church parking lot... It really was fun and we took some very cute pictures, but boy! It was cold! :)

Chrstmas '09 and all ...

I know... it's been four months since Xmas, but I wouldn't miss it to post these cutest shots... there were so many photos I liked that I decided to combine them together in little collages. You can see them larger if you click on them, it's really worth the click :) Enjoy!
Jesse and Dicky, one of our greatest friends, went to get a real beautiful tree for us. Luky decided to take a nappy so he was only part of the "Home bringing", but still, they were sooo happy to do all this by themselves. Aren't they adorable?

We cooked, baked, decorated, and created some really cool candle center pieces.

We got to see Santa several times, at the East View Mall, at the local Mickey D and of course, the one we see every year .... Santa Nick on Main Street....

... and this is the Santa that received a beautiful gigantic present from.... mommy (Lake View Photography), mommy painted a closeup of Santa, Walmart printed the painting and Michael's Craft Store gave us materials to frame this masterpiece. It was the last they for Santa for that season so he didn't get to show it around much but he is hoping to hang it up in his Santa house for next years to come. We actually brought tears to Santa's eyes. Isn't he wonderful :) Thank you Santa for being here for us! Christmas wouldn't be the same without you!

Here is our lighted Christmas Cave :)

... still decorating ... We got to spend Christmas eve with our wonderful friends, the Gilligan family. It was soo relaxing.... they actually just opened their gift from us.... a Sightseeing flight over Canandaigua. It hasn't been claimed yet :) I think they are still trying to chicken out of it :) Also, Sarah, the beautiful girl on the bottom shot, got to spend night in our house and enjoyed opening presents with the boys :) they LOVED IT! Thanks Sarah :)

OK, here is to the NEW YEAR!! Mommy bought a children, non alcoholic champagne :) Some kinda sparkling Apple juice... Boy! It was good! :) CHEERS!! NA ZDRAVI! :) Here is the cutest shot from our visit at the mall... Jesse looks like he is part of the display, doesn't he?

... Carousel at the mall... .... Luky got a new battery scooter, so we headed out for a quick test drive :)

The Big Adjustments

It has been so long since I posted anything here. Honestly, all of us have been going through a difficult time and sad to say, sometimes life doesn't turn out the way we would like or expect. As our ''together '' path separated and we are both going different directions, the life goes on. There will always be enough to blog about and I am sure the "Dad's" photos won't be missing here either now and then. Well, now you know the reason for our absence, but I will definitely try to catch up here. I honestly don't even know where to start. We just missed it all! the Thanksgiving, the Xmas, New Years, the Injuries, all! :) Well, I guess I could start with our Fantastic experience, FLYING a little four-seater Airplane ...

FLYING WITH JILL
This happened to be one of the greatest experiences ever. A friend of ours, Jill and her hubby invited us to see few airplanes, parked in the Cdga Airport. At first I thought Great! We are going to see small airplanes, but what I didn't expect, was a flight above Canandaigua. At first I thought it was a joke, but it really did happened. We had to wait for a calmer weather, but it was sooo worthy! Jesse got to fly the whole airplane all by himself! He was just fantastic. I am hoping to put all the photos in a short movie at some point.

Yep! The little people inside it's us! :)

The fancy crew :) Just like TOPGUN! :)

Passenger #1, Luky... very important :)

... and the Pilot #1, adorable toothless Mr. Jesse ;) sooo cute! and of course, his beautiful co-pilot, Jill :)
